Pre-Orders / Buy-on-Demand Products

All pre-orders are supplied on a buy-on-demand basis, meaning we order these items specifically after your order is placed.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Sealed Trading Card Merchandise

Sealed packs, boxes, and factory-sealed trading card products that are opened by the customer may not qualify for a full refund.

If the product is opened, we may deduct an amount reflecting loss in value.

  3. Ship with Tracking β€” All returns must be sent with tracked & signed-for shipping. High-value orders may require insured shipping.
  4. Proof of Postage β€” Keep your proof until the refund is processed.
  5. Inspection & Refund β€” Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection. Partial refunds or refusals may occur if items are missing, opened, or differ from what was shipped.

All returns are inspected on arrival and photographed for records.

If a package arrives empty or tampered with, we will:
