Processing Time

Orders paid before 12:00 (noon) CET are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) CET are processed the next business day.

Typical handling time: 1–3 business days.

For lost or damaged parcels, a carrier claim is required before issuing a refund or replacement.
